Marketing Officer

Now hiring

We are looking for an experienced, creative and detail-minded team member to run our marketing and social media, and to help with some basic bookkeeping and administration.

SalaryNegotiable, based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day posting, content and community engagement on Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram and TikTok.
Manage our WeChat Official Account and WeChat Channels, including editing articles and planning and publishing video content.
Plan and produce posts and short videos that support brand campaigns and in-store promotions, and track how they perform.
Help with simple bookkeeping, filing invoices, checking bills and day-to-day administration.

What we are looking for

5 or more years of work experience.
Familiar with the platforms above, with strong content planning and copywriting skills.
Able to create video with AI tools, or skilled in photography. Video editing experience is a plus.
Able to communicate in Chinese, with good written and spoken English.
Careful and responsible, and able to plan and complete work independently.
Experience in basic accounting, administration, or hospitality and retail is a plus.
Must hold Australian permanent residency (PR).
